rANting.. ranTinG.!!

I've just realised that by putting off checking exam results helps to lessen the pain of looking at it. Just got the mood to check my results this morning, knew that nothing good will come out of it and i was right!! Well... then again. it's computing.

Finance paper last night was a total nightmare. I expected the paper to be tough but i didn't know tough meant not even having enough time to press my two calculators!! Seriously speaking... i've tried hard for finance. I think it's the only module that I'm not lagging behind. Serious catching up to do for the rest. Lab for 2100 was on flip-flops and it was horrible!!

Nope.. I'm not talking about flip flops as in slippers flip flop. I'm talking about flip-flops as in the digital circuit term. It's a bistable multivibrator with two stable states capable of serving as one bit of memory. Don't stare at this part too hard.. coz that's about all i really know on it and i'm suppose to solve this question~!


The model solution came up to about 18 NAND gates at 3 levels, 1 decoder and 3 flip-flops with cables joining joining to so many gates i couldn't trace the entire shit!

Something to be glad of though.. I'm finally able to take a break! This weekend is a weekend packed with lots of gatherings. And I'm finally able to see cutie Declan after all these weeks. Mom said he's getting really really cute. Can't wait to see him this weekend but before that... I'll have to complete my tutorials first. With three tutorials of different modules on monday, can you imagine my pain of rushing though all the tutorials? I meant 2 computing modules and 1 finance tutorial all on one day. But i had no choice.. i had to pack my monday timeslot otherwise i'll have nothing to do after my 2100 tutorial at 12 till my 4pm lit lecture.

Da jie made this really nice tasting tiramisu on Hari Raya. A treat really for me after slogging hard over finance in the yih study area the entire day. It's really good! Lots and lots of biscuits socked generously in baileys with really good and creamy mascarpone cheese. It's finger licking good!! OKOK... I have to get back to work now... I still have to solve that stupid diagram up there coz wong wong (lecturer) decided to extend the submission of the lab to make sure that he doesn't see a diaster strike. Will be right back with more cutie's pictures after i snap them up like crazy on sat! And after ally decides to send me all the pictures we took at the F1 practice runs.
