Back.. sorry for the long delay.
Couldn't stand the old blog skin any longer so i need to change it before i can blog in peace.

I realized I'm truly a boring person.
Seems as though this holiday has brought about the laziness in me and i simply refuse to make something out of it. Great holiday no doubt. After my results was released about 3 weeks ago, I've got the biggest sigh of relief in my life. It was as if it had un-knotted something in me and i started chomping the crap out of my life!

The relief also unleashed me from the claws of the needle of the nice/evil little machine that had manipulated the lives of many girls young or old(in case you're still wondering.... the weighing machine). I have to say that it must be temporary cause i seem to be going back to caring about those numbers again.
So goodbye my macadamia nut brittle(haagan daz)
goodbye my darling chomp snacks
I'll miss you all!

I have a feeling that this is going to be one really long post!
oh right.. been back from taiwan for a few weeks now and i have yet to post any photos up on facebook or my blog so I shall start posting some now i guess...
Forgive me for those really screwed up pictures coz i'm really not good with pictures.

thought it looked like toy cars so we snapped a shot of it

da jie & he jia next to the poster for taipei 101

this red funny looking figure here is the mascot for the building. Think they have about 5 of them?
jia smiling really stiffly. she's so cute but she hates to take pictures!??! don't ask me why

me with yellow mascot. They meant something but i forgot!
looks like it's trying to preach hence the stupid pose.
da jie with the superwoman/man pose
she looks odd if u ask me but what can i say? her tourist look will help her get everything off the hook.
shhhh... our secret ok? hush guys

saw this funny thing so i took a picture with it. didn't post any letters in case any of u were wondering.

that's jia being sarcastic coz we couldn't go all the way to the top floor despite it boasting about being the highest building around. so yep guys.. do not expect to go anywhere there. just three floors.. 91. 89 and erm.. 90 i guess..

it was really cold up there & it was a really long trek so forgive the frozen smiles.
i was in shorts for god sake
i must be nuts!

had a nice cuppa of tea here! great view! ok drinks.

don't they just look like tai tais having afternoon tea?

me & he jia in pottery class
and yeah with a huge bunch of kids!we're big kiddies!

clockwise: piggy(me), supermom figure(jia), dinosaur-inspired teapot(da jie)

we took great pains to bring it back in a piece but it was still destroyed thanks to the bumping and thumping of the luggages. We couldn't even hand carry them! we didn't have enough hands to do that at all!

one of the art works on display. i like this one! colourful! kiddy but still nice!

chinese zodiac inspired art piece. cute hur?

i reckon this looks like tim burton's nightmare before christmas. especially the skelton man at the back near the house.
the less eerie version of it. cute!

da jie simply had to take a pic with this art piece coz i think it rang the right bells with her.
it was simple. clean and elegant. but it didn't make me wanna take a pict with it.
jie was really looking like a china tourist if u ask me! it's the hat! trust me!
she couldn't see 5 steps in front of her. but it's for protection against the sun. if u get my driff.

(we really do stupid things in the name of beauty) u know why this is really small right?

this is a live horse in a container waiting to be moved somewhere cool hur??

a typical train station in the less urban areas of taiwan. see i told u my sis is cute!
look at the way she matches the shirt we bought her from the last trip and her new shoes.

it was a nice beach right?? one of the rare pictures of us looking so smily so i simply had to put it up

one of the rarer pics of he jia giving the victory sign so of course i have to put this up!
still it was a really nice beach with a nice cool breeze to melt the cold smile of an ice queen

majestic hur? taroko national park in yi lan

me & jia. that bridge u see there is off limits so no we didn't walk on it.
there was a sinster story abt going up to that temple in the picture and something to do with the workers that quarry rocks from this place or something
anyways.. it was old superstition. the temple was built there to rest souls as told by our driver.

one of the tunnels we entered. this was one of the more famous tourist spots here.

this is our lunch. yeps.. this plate of purple thing here is edible. sweet and it's just potato.
pretty nice i'd have to say.

oh they had this set of veggies that would help to improve complexion and the workings of the bowel system can't remember what their names are called. But i highly doubt we can find it in Singapore though. In the pot, the veggies all looked the same to me though. But they worked pretty well. The 3 of us had a major stomach ache that night and the toilet in our hotel room wasn't really the best place to be in.

pose 1: a-typical model type 1

pose 2: modeling with the safety bar

me & jie with the safety hat

me & jie with the safety hat. gotta put a pic of this just to spite jia ahhhaa..
